Description
The pattern of this vest is restored from the Han Dynasty brocade arm unearthed from the Niya site in Xinjiang.
‘Five stars are out of the East to benefit China’ adopts the traditional ‘multiple weft’ weaving technique of Shu brocade, and restores the star pattern and cloud pattern with green, red, yellow, white and green five-color silk threads.
Each centimeter square contains 128 warp and weft interweaving points, and the five-color alternation is realized through the ‘color weft lane change’ technology to reproduce the gorgeous and magnificent brocade of the Han Dynasty.
The waistcoat adopts a straight H-shaped profile and is lined with 100% mulberry silk.
It is recommended to use a pure black collar shirt to highlight the pattern, or to match this white silk shirt to create a contrast effect.
